Cerebrospinal Fluid miRNA Profiling as a Potential Liquid Biopsy for Vestibular Schwannomas

A validated CSF miRNA liquid biopsy for vestibular schwannoma could eventually replace or supplement serial MRI surveillance, reducing cost and radiation exposure for the large population of patients managed on a 'watch and wait' protocol.
