Multidomain rehabilitation for persistent concussion symptoms after falls in older adults: A case based review

Multidomain rehabilitation (combining vestibular, cognitive, and physical therapies) is a reasonable framework for persistent post-concussive symptoms in older fall patients, but this case-review level of evidence is insufficient to mandate a protocol change.
