Over the past several months, many of you have pointed out that my videos have become more negative. After taking some time to think about it... I realized you might be right. In this vlog, I explain why my content gradually shifted, why YouTube naturally rewards problem-focused videos, and why I felt compelled to address many of the frustrations people experience with hearing loss and hearing aids. But more importantly, I talk about where this channel is going next. My mission has always been to educate people about hearing loss, hearing aids, and Best Practices in hearing healthcare—not to spread negativity. Moving forward, I want to place a much greater emphasis on the positive stories, successful treatment outcomes, and the incredible work being done throughout the hearing care profession.
