I've posted some videos recently where I shared the experiences of patients in my clinic, who came to us from major chain hearing clinics. A common response from professionals who work in these organizations is that THEY do a good job. I have no doubt that's true. The problem is that many patients AREN'T receiving best practice care, and I feel I have a responsibility to share this with individuals who are seeking hearing treatment, especially when these organizations fit so many people with hearing aids.
