We discussed the future of the hearing industry, why average care is no longer enough, and what clinics must do to deliver better treatment outcomes for patients. For years, my mission was focused entirely on educating people with hearing loss so they could demand better care. But over time, I realized something important: if we truly want to improve hearing healthcare, we have to educate BOTH patients and providers.
