No actionable change — a single case report of chiropractic care for vertigo/Ménière's disease is anecdotal; audiologists should not alter referral or treatment pathways based on this evidence.

While chiropractic management of vestibular disorders remains controversial and evidence-free at the population level, this case contributes to a small body of anecdotal literature that may prompt interest in cervicogenic contributions to Ménière's-like presentations.
